Cold smoked and sliced 100g- the standard by which other smoked products should be judged. It takes two days of gentle cold smoking to infuse the trout with the subtle oak flavour.
Hot Smoked Fillets 150g- A sweet cured trout fillet, cold smoked for two days and finished with a hot smoke.
