The rear pool has been drained refilled, coarse fish removed and has now been restocked. The rear of the old barn is being dismantled and removed opening up the water for easier casting.

The shop is gradually being improved every month as turnover is being put back into stock improving choice. 

The smokehouse is now smoking salmon, venison and duck as well as home reared trout.

Due to demand from season ticket holders, single fish then catch and release is now possible on your season tickets. Please ask for details.

Prospects for January

Crunchers and nymphs are still working well with larger flies now being taken more eagerly as water temperatures have fallen. Cats Whisker, bright blobs and similar are taking fish if overcast.

The last two weeks anglers returns show 90 percent achieved their full bag limit.
